2024-25 Kott Gerontology Scholars Program Internship Application

Please complete the following application. You will be required to upload your resume and two signed letters of reference in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format prior to submitting your application. Letters of recommendation must include one from a person in your current program of study familiar with your academic performance, and one from a person who has supervised your work outside an academic setting. If you are currently participating in or have completed a practicum experience as part of your educational program, the second letter should be submitted by your agency field work supervisor. Your current resume should include your educational background, and employment and volunteer experiences.

Completing the application:

  • You will not be timed out of the application. However, if you close or refresh your browser, or turn off your computer prior to submitting your application, it will not be saved. We suggest that you cut and paste responses from a text document so that you don’t lose your work.
  • A confirmation will be sent when your full application has been received.
  • If you require the application in an alternate format, or prefer to send your resume and letters of reference via email, please contact Lisa Peters-Beumer at kottapplications@kottinstitute.org.
